Even though Many Researchers have Proved that Emotional Intelligence Make a Positive Impact on Career Development, some authors, and Practitioners argued Contrast to this Relationship Career development refers to a set of programs designed to match an individual’s needs, abilities, and career goals with current and future opportunities in the organization. And since each person is different from the other Hence, the purpose of this study is to prove the positive relationship between emotional intelligence and career development.
