Abstract
10 edentulous male patients received 20 laser grooved implants retaining mandibular implant overdenture installed in the anterior mandibular area (inter-foramina region) two implants for each patient. All cases have been evaluated radiographically for crestal bone height changes using long cone parallel technique and digital imaging plate system Data were collected, tabulated and statistically analyzed. The results showed statistically insignificant crestal bone height changes by the end of the 12 months follow up period
