Construction Management has become one of the main pillars in the Construction Engineering field in all of its branches starting from the basic simple initiation feasibility plan in just studying the project, going to the final finishes of construction. In this Project report we will be going through a journey of Construction Management studying Oriana villa phase (2)project and applying many Construction Management tools that are necessary for every project. In the first chapter we will be discussing the project briefly giving some information about the location and the parties involved. Second chapter will be about site layout. The Third chapter will be about the project’s contract discussing its type, suitability and the project team comments on it. The project team also suggested some updates to it that would help in such project. Next will be the site layout and the mobilization plan for the project. There were some issues in the original mobilization plan of the project which will be discussed and an alternative will be suggested as well. The fifth chapter will be the Bill of Quantity. The project team collected some tender drawings of the project from the consultant and we also took the priced bill of quantities of the project. We re-measured the quantities of many works and compared them with the quantities given to us. The following chapter will be discussing some methods of construction for some of the works available in the project. Next will be discussing the quality management. However, the project team discussed the differences between quality assurance, control and plan and discussed them for the project .Next will be discussing the safety management giving the best suggestion that should be followed for the safety of all the parties in the project. will be discussing the risk management with all its steps and the project team application for it going from the plan till the monitoring and control .Next will be discussing this semester will be the value engineering with its full steps and importance.
