This thesis is dedicated to: The sake of Allah, my Creator and my Master, my great teacher and messenger, Mohammed (May Allah bless and grant him), who taught us the purpose of life; My great parents, who never stop giving of themselves in countless ways, my undergraduate professors and teachers, who lead me through the valley of darkness with light of hope and support, my friends who encourage and support me, all the people in my life who taught me anything useful. To all those people, I dedicate this research. (7.585Mb)

Abstract
This thesis studies the physical and mechanical properties of pure copper powder and Copper-Nickel Alloy with various reinforcement materials at different volume fraction. . The used reinforcements materials are multi wall carbon nanotubes CNT (0.5-2 wt. %) as nano particles, aluminium oxide (Al2O3) (1-4 wt. %) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) (1-4 wt. %) as micro particles. Many of testes are applied on the obtained specimens such as microstructures, density, relative density, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, hardness, and compression stress tests to investigate the suitable reinforcement percentage that will achieve the best physical and mechanical properties.
